Intellectual Property and Ownership
All photos, videos, reels, captions and graphics produced under this agreement are your exclusive property upon delivery.
You retain perpetual, irrevocable rights to publish, edit, distribute and repurpose everything we produce, with no restrictions.
No ongoing licensing fees for anything Adode Media produces. Once delivered, it is yours to use in any context, including after the engagement ends.
Adode Media retains the right to reference you as a client and use select work in our own portfolio and marketing.
