We deliver two photoreal renders so you can see the room before any decisions are final. You pick the direction. One round of revisions included.
A shopping list with exact gear, models, and price ranges so you know what to expect across cameras, audio, lighting, and accessories.
We purchase install materials and source decor on a transparent allowance. Big ticket gear stays under your name for warranty and asset ownership.
Paint, mount, assemble, run cable, and treat the room. Our build team handles every line item on the install plan from start to finish.

Timeline
Build & Install projects typically wrap in 4 to 6 weeks. Complete Studio Build adds 30 days of post install support so day-one questions never block a shoot.
On-site walkthrough, measurements, acoustic baseline, and scoping conversation. You sign off on a clear project brief before any design work starts.
We deliver two design concepts with four total renders, the full equipment shopping list, and a marked up floor plan. You pick the direction and we build the install plan.
